Service

Stand up the company-side stack, not just the plan for it.

Day-Zero Stack Selection decides what the stack should be. Stack Setup Sprint builds it: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, identity, core SaaS, endpoints, and file storage, configured for your posture and handed to your team. Fixed price, one to three weeks.

What we stand up.

Identity and access
Microsoft 365 with Entra ID, or Google Workspace with Okta, with single sign-on and mandatory MFA across the SaaS stack.
Core SaaS provisioning
Email, file storage, calendar, meetings, chat, and document management, configured as one integrated stack.
Endpoint enrollment
Company laptops enrolled in device management with a baseline security configuration.
File storage structure
A folder and permission architecture that holds up as the company hires, not a flat shared drive.
Security baseline
MFA enforcement, conditional access, and logging turned on from day one, not retrofitted later.
Handoff documentation
A written record of what was built, how it is configured, and who owns what going forward.

How it fits with Day-Zero Stack Selection.

The two engagements are a pair. Day-Zero Stack Selection decides the stack: identity, SaaS, QMS, inventory, file storage, and the do-not-buy list. Stack Setup Sprint stands that stack up. Run them back to back when the company is starting from scratch, or run this engagement on its own when the decisions are already made and the company wants a senior team to execute the build rather than a generic MSP.

Boundary

What this is not.

This is a fixed-scope buildout, not ongoing operations. Once the stack is live, day-to-day account changes, the help desk, and 24/7 support are run by an MSP we help you select and oversee, or handled inside the Fractional CIO/CISO Retainer. Device firmware and embedded software stay with R&D and Engineering.

Who this is for.

Founders standing up a company-side environment from scratch, and companies that have outgrown a stack assembled tool by tool and want it rebuilt correctly in one focused engagement.

Thirty minutes. Three risks named. No commitment.
